Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kate Webster Jewellery Designs. We are thrilled to be a part of your jewellery story. 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

• Kate Webster Jewellery Designs is not responsible for any postage delays, lost or stolen packages and it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping details.
• Customers will not be reimbursed if the wrong address details are given at checkout. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Kate Webster Jewellery Designs is unable to modify or cancel processed orders. 
• Any items that are returned to sender will incur additional postage fees to re-send the package.
